- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make rolling easier.
- Fill each tortilla with buffalo chicken mixture and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray for crispiness.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing or preferred dips.
Notes
Air fryer cooking works perfectly for extra crispiness. Add jalapeños for additional heat.
