Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Air fryer or oven

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in pickle juice for 30 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken dry and prepare coating.
  3. Dip chicken in egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Rest before serving.

Notes

Do not over-marinate or the chicken may become too soft.
