Ingredients
  

Steak Filling
  • 1 lb steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Quesadillas
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook steak until browned and set aside.
  4. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley.
  6. Brush tortillas with garlic butter.
  7. Fill tortillas with cheese, steak, onions, and peppers.
  8. Cook quesadillas until crispy and cheese melts completely.

Notes

Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for extra flavor. Best enjoyed hot and crispy straight from the skillet.
