Chicken Smash Tacos
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, garlic, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Divide chicken mixture into 8 portions.
  3. Press each portion thinly onto one side of a tortilla.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Place tortillas chicken-side down and cook until crispy and fully cooked.
  6. Flip tacos and sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Cook until tortillas are crispy and cheese melts.
  8. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream, and ranch dressing before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, serve immediately after cooking. Add jalapeƱos or hot sauce for more heat.
