- Combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, garlic, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Divide chicken mixture into 8 portions.
- Press each portion thinly onto one side of a tortilla.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place tortillas chicken-side down and cook until crispy and fully cooked.
- Flip tacos and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook until tortillas are crispy and cheese melts.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream, and ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, serve immediately after cooking. Add jalapeƱos or hot sauce for more heat.
