Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Coating
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
Hot Honey Sauce
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Assembly
  • 8 small biscuits
  • 8 slices pickle chips optional

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in seasoned buttermilk.
  2. Mix flour and seasonings for coating.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  4. Fry chicken until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Heat honey, butter, and hot sauce together.
  6. Warm biscuits before assembling.
  7. Place crispy chicken inside biscuits.
  8. Drizzle with hot honey and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, double dredge before frying. Serve immediately after drizzling with hot honey.
