Ingredients
  

Potato Base
  • 3 russet potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Arrange potatoes in single layer and roast 20–25 minutes.
  5. Top with cheese and bacon then bake until melted.
  6. Add sour cream and green onions before serving.
