Ingredients
  

Fries
  • 4 russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
Toppings
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Voodoo Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Soak fries in cold water, drain and dry thoroughly.
  2. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry potatoes until golden.
  3. Drain fries on paper towels and season lightly with salt.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Layer fries with cheese and drizzle voodoo sauce over top.
