Method
- Pat pickle slices dry to remove excess moisture.
- Wrap shredded cheese around pickle slices to form balls.
- Freeze balls for 20 minutes to firm them.
- Coat each ball in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry bites until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Air fryer or oven methods can also be used.
