Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 8 oz ramen noodles or egg noodles
Pork
  • 1 lb pork belly thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp water
Toppings
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp chili oil optional
  • 0.5 cup shredded cabbage or bok choy

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok
  • Cooking pot
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs or spatula

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and cook pork until crispy.
  3. Remove pork and sauté garlic and ginger.
  4. Whisk sauce ingredients together.
  5. Pour sauce into pan and simmer.
  6. Add noodles and toss to coat.
  7. Return pork to pan and mix.
  8. Serve in bowls with toppings.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more chili paste or chili oil.
