- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Heat oil in skillet and cook pork until crispy.
- Remove pork and sauté garlic and ginger.
- Whisk sauce ingredients together.
- Pour sauce into pan and simmer.
- Add noodles and toss to coat.
- Return pork to pan and mix.
- Serve in bowls with toppings.

Adjust spice level by adding more chili paste or chili oil.
