Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup cabbage chopped
  • 0.5 cup carrots grated
  • 0.5 cup minced chicken or tofu
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Wrapping & Cooking
  • 12 rice paper sheets
  • 3 tbsp oil

Method
 

  1. Mix filling ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Soften rice paper in warm water.
  3. Layer two sheets and add filling.
  4. Fold into dumpling shape.
  5. Heat oil and fry dumplings until crispy.
  6. Flip and cook evenly on all sides.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
