  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • to taste fresh parsley or chives optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove outer leaves and slice cabbage into ½-inch thick rounds.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crispy and golden.
  5. Garnish with parsley or chives and serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding pan for crispier edges; broil briefly for extra caramelization.
