Potatoes
  • 2 lbs potatoes thinly sliced
Seasoning
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice potatoes thinly and evenly.
  3. Mix butter, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss potato slices in garlic butter.
  5. Stack slices in muffin tin wells.
  6. Bake covered, then uncover to crisp.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor and crispness.
