Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups crispy chicken strips
  • 0.33 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook crispy chicken strips until golden and fully cooked.
  2. Slice chicken and toss with sweet chili sauce.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and add cheese in the center.
  4. Add chicken, lettuce, tortilla chips, and sour cream.
  5. Fold tortilla edges inward tightly to form wraps.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook wraps seam-side down until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Flip and cook the second side until crunchy.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, add additional tortilla chips before folding. Serve with ranch or spicy mayo dipping sauce.
