- Cook crispy chicken strips until golden and fully cooked.
- Slice chicken and toss with sweet chili sauce.
- Lay tortillas flat and add cheese in the center.
- Add chicken, lettuce, tortilla chips, and sour cream.
- Fold tortilla edges inward tightly to form wraps.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook wraps seam-side down until crispy and golden brown.
- Flip and cook the second side until crunchy.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, add additional tortilla chips before folding. Serve with ranch or spicy mayo dipping sauce.
