  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sweet potatoes in a single layer and cook until golden on the bottom.
  3. Stir and continue cooking until crispy on multiple sides.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté until tender.
  5. Season with spices, salt, and pepper and cook briefly to combine.
