- Caramelize onions in butter over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, pickle juice, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
- Preheat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly oil.
- Form ground beef into balls, place on skillet, and smash into thin patties. Season with salt and pepper.
