- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Whisk eggs and milk together; stir in cheese, vegetables, cooked meat (optional), salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Cool 5–10 minutes, garnish, and serve warm.
