Main Ingredients
  • 8 beef sausages
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Method
 

  1. Brown sausages in oil and slice.
  2. Cook onions and garlic, then add curry powder.
  3. Stir in flour and gradually add broth and tomato paste.
  4. Return sausages and add peas.
  5. Simmer until thickened and cooked through.

Adjust curry powder amount to suit spice preference.
