- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and sugars until thick and glossy.
- Fold melted chocolate into egg mixture.
- Gently fold in dry ingredients.
- Scoop batter and bake until crackled and soft in center.
Notes
Do not overbake. Centers should look slightly underdone when removed from oven.
