Ingredients
  

Chocolate Cake
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup hot coffee
Raspberry Filling
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 0.33 cup sugar
Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cake pans.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in hot coffee.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes and cool completely.
  6. Prepare raspberry filling and let cool.
  7. Make ganache and assemble cake.
