  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp red food coloring
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter with sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and food coloring.
  4. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  6. Bake 30 minutes until set but fudgy.

Notes

Do not overbake for best fudgy texture.
