Ingredients
  

Crab Mixture
  • 1 lb lump crab meat drained
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
Coating
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg beaten

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Deep skillet
  • Slotted spoon

Method
 

  1. Mix crab filling ingredients gently.
  2. Form into bite-sized balls.
  3. Coat in flour, egg, then panko.
  4. Fry at 350°F until golden brown.
  5. Drain and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with lemon aioli or tartar sauce for best flavor. Chill before frying for firmer texture.
