Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 0.75 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup apple cider unsweetened

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
  3. Shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18–22 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Simmer remaining apple cider until reduced and brush over meatballs.

Notes

Do not overmix turkey to keep meatballs tender.
