Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
- Shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until fully cooked.
- Simmer remaining apple cider until reduced and brush over meatballs.
Notes
Do not overmix turkey to keep meatballs tender.
