  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 orange zest from 1 orange
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.66 cup honey
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup orange juice fresh
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease baking molds.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and honey until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix in yogurt and orange juice.
  5. Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until set. Cool before serving.
