Salad Base
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni and allow to cool.
  2. Mash egg yolks with dressing ingredients.
