  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 wheel Boursin cheese garlic & herb
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Melt butter and Boursin with milk.
  3. Add cheese and pasta, stir until creamy.

Notes

Add pasta water gradually to control sauce thickness.
