Ingredients
  

Cheese Base
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
Add-ins
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cup bacon cooked and crumbled optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add shredded cheeses and mix well.
  4. Stir in spices, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in green onions and bacon if using.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. You can customize with different cheeses or add spice for extra flavor.
