- Heat olive oil in skillet and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add shredded chicken and taco seasoning, cook until heated through.
- Place cheese and chicken mixture on half of tortilla, fold over.
- Cook in skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve warm with sour cream or salsa.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
