  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef and season with taco seasoning.
  2. Layer rice, beef, cheese, and sauces onto tortillas.
  3. Fold burritos tightly.
  4. Grill burritos in skillet with cheese until golden.

Notes

Use medium heat to prevent cheese from burning.
