Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 egg

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk and water.
  2. Mix flour, salt, butter, egg, and yeast mixture.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let rise until doubled.
  5. Shape, rise again, brush with egg wash, and bake 15–18 minutes.
