Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crust
  • 2 cups pretzels crushed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salted Caramel Layer
  • 0.75 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt flakes
Optional Toppings
  • crushed pretzels
  • chocolate drizzle
  • extra caramel sauce

Method
 

  1. Line a baking pan or muffin tray with parchment paper or liners.
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan or liners.
  4. Chill the crust while preparing the filling.
  5. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  7. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form in a separate bowl.
  8. Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Spread half the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust.
  10. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the filling layer.
  11. Add remaining cheesecake filling and smooth evenly.
  12. Chill for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  13. Slice into bite-sized squares and garnish with caramel drizzle and pretzels before serving.

Notes

Freeze the cheesecake bites for a firmer texture or serve chilled for extra creaminess. Add chocolate drizzle for an even richer dessert.
