Ingredients
  

  • 1 large onion yellow or sweet
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Aluminum foil
  • Oven or air fryer
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Prepare onion and cut cross on top.
  2. Season with butter, garlic, and spices.
  3. Wrap tightly in foil.
  4. Bake until tender.

Notes

Add cheese for extra richness.
