Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 12 oz white chocolate chopped
  • 0.75 cup peppermint candies crushed

  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate until smooth and spread evenly onto parchment.
  3. Chill until just set.
  4. Melt white chocolate and spread over dark chocolate layer.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top and press gently.
  6. Chill until fully firm, then break into pieces.

Store in an airtight container to maintain texture and flavor.
