Method
- Bring broth to simmer in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add potstickers to simmering broth; cook 5–7 min (frozen) or 3–4 min (fresh).
- Add spinach and carrots in the last 2 minutes; stir gently.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or extra soy sauce.
- Serve in bowls; garnish with green onions and optional chili oil.
Notes
Broth can be made ahead; add potstickers fresh to prevent sogginess.
