Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup milk warm
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter softened

Method
 

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk milk, condensed milk, and egg together.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients until dough forms.
  4. Knead in butter and knead until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let dough rise until doubled in size.
  6. Shape dough and place into loaf pan.
  7. Bake until golden brown and fully cooked.

Notes

Brush with butter while warm for extra softness.
