Ingredients
  

Ramen Bowl
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Buldak Sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs for 6–7 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  2. Cook chicken in oil until golden, then add garlic and ginger.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over chicken, cook until coated.
  4. Cook ramen noodles in broth according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble bowls with noodles, chicken, and sliced eggs.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste and add cheese for a creamy variation.
