Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru optional
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs for 6–7 minutes, cool, peel, and set aside.
  2. Cook ramen noodles and drain.
  3. Mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Cook chicken in oil until done.
  5. Add sauce and cook until thick.
  6. Add broth and simmer briefly.
  7. Add noodles and toss to coat.
  8. Serve with eggs and garnish.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste.
