Method
- Boil eggs for 6–7 minutes, cool, peel, and set aside.
- Cook ramen noodles and drain.
- Mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Cook chicken in oil until done.
- Add sauce and cook until thick.
- Add broth and simmer briefly.
- Add noodles and toss to coat.
- Serve with eggs and garnish.
