Ingredients
  

Noodles & Chicken
  • 12 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili paste or Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter

Equipment

  • Skillet or saucepan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Pot for noodles
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Sear chicken in sesame oil until cooked, then remove.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger, add chili paste and broth.
  4. Stir in butter and heavy cream, return chicken.
  5. Serve over noodles and garnish with green onions and chili slices.
