  • 0.5 cup cane vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2-3 red chilies sliced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce optional
  • 0.5 tsp sugar optional
  • 1 tbsp onions chopped optional

Method
 

  1. Pour vinegar into a bowl.
  2. Add garlic, chilies, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix in soy sauce and sugar if using.
  4. Stir well and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Taste, adjust, and serve.

Notes

Best served fresh but can be stored refrigerated for up to one week.
