Ingredients
  

Lemonade
  • 1.5 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • lemon slices for garnish
  • fresh raspberries for garnish
  • mint leaves for garnish

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Pitcher
  • Citrus juicer

Method
 

  1. Blend raspberries and sugar until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice and cold water.
  4. Stir thoroughly until combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Add ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and mint.
  7. Serve chilled immediately.

Notes

For sparkling raspberry lemonade, replace part of the water with sparkling water just before serving.
