  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
Coating
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in seasoned buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
