Pork Chops
  • 4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Bring pork chops to room temperature and pat dry.
  2. Mix flour with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip pork chops into egg mixture, then dredge in seasoned flour.
  5. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry pork chops 4-5 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double dredge in flour mixture. Serve with mashed potatoes or fresh salad.
