Ingredients
  

Cereal Base
  • 6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fillings
  • 1 pack fruit roll-ups
  • 1 cup mini gummy candies
  • 1 cup rainbow licorice
Decorations
  • 0.5 cup melted white chocolate optional
  • 0.25 cup rainbow sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Grease a baking sheet or silicone mat with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold Fruity Pebbles cereal into marshmallow mixture until coated evenly.
  6. Spread cereal mixture into a flat rectangle on the prepared surface.
  7. Arrange candy fillings in a line along one edge.
  8. Roll tightly into sushi-style logs.
  9. Allow rolls to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  10. Cut into sushi rounds and decorate with white chocolate drizzle and sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Use greased hands to prevent sticking while shaping the sushi rolls. Best enjoyed fresh the same day.
