Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden.
  3. Remove chicken and melt butter in the same pan.
  4. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  5. Stir in brown sugar and soy sauce until melted.
  6. Return chicken and simmer until sauce thickens.

Notes

Serve with rice, potatoes, or vegetables. Store leftovers refrigerated up to 3 days.
