Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Drain excess grease and let the beef cool slightly.
- Roll out crescent dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1–2 inch rollups.
- Place rollups on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley and brush over rollups.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping. Great for parties or quick dinners.
