Ingredients
  

Steak and Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes halved
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • Baking sheet
  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine steak cubes and halved potatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Add melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Divide mixture evenly among foil sheets and seal tightly.
  6. Bake or grill for 18-22 minutes until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked.
  7. Carefully open packets and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Use heavy-duty foil for best results and avoid overcooking the steak. Add parmesan cheese for extra richness.
