Ingredients
  

Steak Filling
  • 400 g steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
Quesadillas
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Slice and season the steak.
  2. Cook steak in butter until browned.
  3. Prepare garlic butter and coat steak.
  4. Assemble tortillas with cheese and steak.
  5. Cook quesadillas until golden and crispy.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use tender steak cuts for best results and avoid overfilling quesadillas.
