Steak
  • 1 lb steak
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and set aside.
  2. Season steak and sear in skillet.
  3. Rest steak before slicing.
  4. Prepare garlic butter in the same pan.
  5. Slice steak against the grain.
  6. Assemble bowl with rice, steak, and sauce.
