  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add garlic, herbs, water, and oil. Mix to form dough.
  3. Let rest 12-18 hours.
  4. Shape dough and rest 30-45 minutes.
  5. Bake covered at 450°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For extra crisp crust, leave bread uncovered for last 15 minutes. Let cool fully before slicing to preserve crumb texture.
