- Bloom gelatin in cold water.
- Dissolve gelatin into warm espresso and cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and molasses until smooth.
- Add spices and espresso mixture.
- Whip cream to soft peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into base.
- Fill molds and chill until set.
Notes
Allow full chill time for clean unmolding.
