Burger
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Form ground beef into thin patties and season.
  2. Cook patties in skillet until browned on both sides.
  3. Add cheese slices and allow to melt.
  4. Caramelize onions in butter.
  5. Stack patties with onions in between, cheese sides outward.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

Use high-fat ground beef for best juiciness. For strict carnivore version, omit onions.
